2025 Application – Local Businesses

Please complete and submit the application form below. If you are new to the Bluemont Fair, kindly attach copies of any materials you plan to distribute. Once your application is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Thank you for your interest in the Bluemont Fair! We’re excited to have local businesses join us and hope you enjoy the Fair as much as we do!

• The 55th Annual Bluemont Fair will take place on September 20th & 21st, 2025. After the approval process, you will be notified by email. If approved, the email will include further details and an invoice for your vendor fee ($50).
• You will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing proof of liability insurance. For more details, please refer to the Vendor and Exhibitor Insurance page on our website. Send your COI to svanr_99[@]yahoo.com.
• Your booth space will be approximately 12′ x 12′. All businesses must bring their own canopy, table, chairs, and other necessary items, and staff their booth from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday of the Fair. Please be prepared for all weather conditions!
• You will receive eight admission wristbands—four for each day of the event. If you need additional wristbands, you can purchase them at the gate on Fair day or buy them in advance by contacting Sandra Van Roekel at svanr_99[@]yahoo.com no later than one week before the Fair.
• Information regarding setup times, site locations, parking, and other details will be sent closer to the event.
• Applications and COI copies must be submitted by September 1, 2025. After this date, please contact Sandra Van Roekel at svanr_99[@]yahoo.com directly to inquire about space availability. Please note that there will be an additional $25 fee for applications received after September 1.
• The Bluemont Fair will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather that poses a safety risk, Fair Administration reserves the right to cancel the event.
