Please complete and submit the application form below. Thank you for your interest in the Bluemont Fair. We’re thrilled to have local authors join us and hope you enjoy the Fair as much as we do.
- The 55th Annual Bluemont Fair is September 20th & 21st 2025.
- After the approval process, you will be notified by email.
- Your space will be approximately 12’ x 12’. All authors must bring their own canopy, table, chairs, and other necessary items, and staff their booth from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday of the Fair. Please come prepared for any weather conditions!
- You will receive four admission wristbands—two for each day. If you need additional wristbands, you may purchase them at the gate on Fair day or buy them in advance by contacting Lori Seeley at lseeley.bluemont[@]pcarch.com no later than one week before the fair.
- Information about setup times, site locations, parking, and more will be sent shortly before the Fair.
- The Bluemont Fair will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather that could pose a safety risk, Fair Administration reserves the right to cancel the Fair.
- Applications must be submitted by September 1, 2025. After that date, please contact Lori Seeley at lseeley.bluemont[@]pcarch.com to check on space availability.
