Artist Show & Sale
The Bluemont Citizens Association warmly invites artists to participate in the Bluemont Fair Art Show & Sale, which will be held upstairs at the EE Lake Store. The Bluemont Fair, a beloved country tradition for over 50 years, attracts thousands of visitors each year. One of the highlights of the fair is showcasing the incredible talent of local artists. We encourage both amateur and professional artists who create wall-hanging art to enter the show and sale. We hope you’ll join us this year and share several of your pieces for everyone to enjoy!
The 2025 Fair Artist Show & Sale Application will be posted soon – usually in mid-February.
Juried Crafts
Please note that we require all crafts to be 100% handmade by you, with a focus on the highest quality workmanship, originality, and creativity. Whenever possible, all-natural materials should be used. A committee will review all applications to assess their eligibility.

Children’s Fair & Interactive Crafts
The Children’s Fair is a FREE, designated area of the fair featuring games, crafts, face painting, and activities tailored for younger fairgoers. Nearby, you’ll find vendors offering interactive crafts such as sand art, henna tattoos, and tie-dying, which are primarily designed for children. These interactive vendors generally charge a fee for patrons who wish to participate in their activities.
Young Entrepreneurs
We are excited to offer deeply discounted spaces for children aged 6-17 who wish to sell their crafts or services. This section is located next to the Children’s Fair area, and children are required to set up and run their own booths.

Ticketed Ride Vendors
Ticketed rides are activities such as pony rides or a rock climbing wall, where the vendor pays a fee for their space at the fair, sells tickets for their ride, and keeps all proceeds from ticket sales.
The 2025 Ticketed Ride Vendor application will be posted soon – usually in mid-February.
Baked Goods Consignors
Each year, we host a giant bake sale where consignors offer their individually packaged baked goods. The Fair sells these items with an 80% share going to the baker and 20% retained by the Fair.
The 2025 Fair Baked Goods Consignor application will be posted soon – usually in mid-February.
Local Authors
We encourage local authors to set up a booth in the Authors’ section, where they can connect with Fair visitors and showcase their books for sale.
